Unable to export data or access the export page

Expected Behavior

Being able access the export data page.

Actual Behavior

When I go to Manage–>Export on the Backendless dashboard the only thing I see is the error message:

Backendless encountered an error while handling the request. An internal trouble ticket with ID 86C9855D-E492-489E-FFA4-EDF85D6F6D00 has been created and we will be investigating the issue.

The rest of the page is blank.

Others on my teams has also tried to access the export page, but it’s still the same error message.

Seems to work on my other projects.

Its been like this for some time now so I thought I should raise issue.
