Can I redirect to my site after the tapping the confirmation link?|
If so, how to configure that?

Click on the redirection URL will use the corresponding route to verify that confirmation was completed successfully and will forward you to the html page, basic appearance and functionality of which is configured in index.html file located in Files>Web>templates>registration>index.html. You may edit it in a way you need, including further redirection to your web site.
