What is the point of the Core Data generated project?

If I generate the code for a core data based project, the model is empty, there are no NSManagedObejcts, and core data is not actually being used for anything. The project crashes due to no model even being loaded. What is the purpose of this project?

Hi all,

The Core Data sample is outdated now and is not maintained any more.
We are working on a huge update which will completely change the code generation page, so that you, the users, will be able to edit, create and share the generation schemes. I suppose, after that there will appear a lot of new working samples, including the CoreData ones.
