Dropdown not loading data from API

I’m working on Missions: Relations Master > Task: Set Object Relationships with API
Task: Set Object Relationships with API

I have created this 3 times and the dropdown does not load with data when entering “M” into cityNameInput.

The createPersonButton is successfuly adding persons to the database.

And these are my blocks for cityNameInput:

When I enter “M” in the city name input, the dropdown list has no data and in the developer tools console I see this error (not sure if its related):

any idea what I’m doing wrong?
