error with code 1000 appears while saving new row

I’ve got the same error and still can not find reason.
While saving new/updaing i see
Backendless.Data.save(){ code: ‘1000’, message: 'Entity with the specified ID cannot be found: Id - ’ }
Pls point to place of issue
