I’m not completely following. If the value returned could be either null or an arbitrary Id that doesn’t let me create any logic based on a null value.

But you said that you wanted to retrieve null values (it is the behavior of left/right joins).
And I say about not the only field sellerId, but as an additional (if you want) marker field with null or not null value.
