Accident of table!

Sir,I have accidently deleted one of my table which is really very important. Can i retrieve it?

We cannot recover an individual table from the backup, however, we can restore the entire app (all the tables as they exist in the backup). If you would like us to do it, there is a required $100 administrative fee.

How often are they backed up? Does this include files? Just for reference.
