I have booked a second additional service “enhanced script time”, removed it later because I did not really need it. One time additional 20 sec should be enough. But, I think I have done something wrong.
Could you please check and confirm that I have only 20 additional seconds the next month? If I have booked more that one time this service, could you please delete the unnecessary one?
Hi Jörg, I ensured the component allocation is set to one instance (it was set to two in our billing system). The console still shows 2, but I suspect it is a caching problem. I asked the team to double-check for me.
