Add "seconds" slider when editing a date field in Data

Can you please add an additional slider for seconds when editing a date field in Data Service, like the ones that are already there for hours and seconds?

Because for now the only way I found to edit the seconds is to manually edit the date-time string above.

I suggest granting minutes for Cloud 9 and seconds for Cloud 99 :smile:
