Add user to missions

We have added a new team member. I want them to begin Missions as a training tool but all missions are grayed-out for them. Is there a special security level for missions that I have missed?

To go through Missions the user needs to be the app’s owner. Ask the user to create a New App for Training, and then they will be able to start going through missions:
