Admin Cannot Invite New Users

I have one instance of my Backendless App running in v3.0.0. As shown in attached screenshot, I cannot invite any members even though I am the owner / manager.

In another instance of the App running in v4.2.0, I do have the privelages. See attached screenshot.

Why can I not invite team members in v3.0.0? Are you forcing people to upgrade?

Hi Ted,

We can adjust that. Is your app in 3.0 on a paid plan? The reason I ask is the ability to invite developers in 3.0 is available only for the apps on a paid plan.
