All my tables i created was deleted,request problem with the console

when i use the console in the users table i see this message
Backendless encountered an error while handling the request. An internal trouble ticket with ID 3000DE28-9ADA-FB39-FFBC-DB6433322F00 has been created and we will be investigating the issue.
and all the tables i created i can’t see it any more
