API issue - `Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream`

Hi! When pushing the data into Backendless API, the below error appears but only when the API is called from my clients’ service:

Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream

When I try to run the same call (same token, same payload), everything works okay. Any ideas what’s wrong? This worked normally until a few days ago.

Hello,

Could you kindly provide us with your appId and also the steps you took which resulted in this problem? This will allow us to recreate the issue on our end, which is crucial in finding a solution.

Hi Alexander,

It turned out there was an authentication issue at the cilents’ service in regards to the TLS version. It’s fixed on their side and works normally now, there were no issues with Backendless. Thank you!
