API request rejected because it requires scaling for processing

Hi support team,

I recently get this message while do a connection to Backendless: “The API request has been rejected because it requires scaling for processing. Switch to the Cloud9 or Cloud99 plan to enable the Super Scaling option”. However, my Sringboard plan doesn’t get its limits. Do you have an idea how to resolve it?
