API request rejected

API request rejected. Multiple location access requires SuperScaling
I got this message, what is this?

This means your app is on the Springboard plan and the API requests made by all instances of the app required SuperScaling. The SuperScaling feature is not available on the Springboard plan. This happens when either the rate of calls gets higher or the backend is accessed from multiple locations.

Regards,
Mark

wait,
you mean that only one user Can access the database per day?
@mark-piller

@mark-piller

Only a few people, typically a small development team can work with the backend on the Springboard plan, but nothing more than that.

@mark-piller
How many user Can access a database
per day ?

ok, looks like this is a disaster for me,
i just switched from the free Plan !

SuperScaling is a dynamic feature, it decides automatically when it is needed. I cannot provide specific number of users. The general rule is the Springboard plan should not be used for production. Our pricing page mentions that several times.

Regards,
Mark

Gosh
You should have stated this clearly before we move on to this plan
Can I go back to the free Plan ???

It is all over the pricing page:

Sorry you missed it.

The free plan had been discontinued last July, once you switch, it is impossible to go back.
