API REST queries are taking 30+ seconds!

Hopefully you are already aware of this, but there currently is an issue with API REST queries.
For the past 15 minutes or so, API REST queries are taking 30+ seconds to complete. (Each!)

My AppID is: ACE46687-EB31-F095-FF38-CDB1E0260900.
