API Service : Code Execution Time Limit

Hello Backendless,
Is the 5 s Script execution Time under Free Tier Limit Applied to Custom Event Handlers only , or is it applied to Custom API Services made through API Engine Too ?
It’d be great if you’d let me know.

It applies to any form of business logic: API services, event handlers and timers.
