Api services stopped working

Hello,

All my API services stopped working, i get the following response when i click on invoke:

Can you please urgently check what is causing this?

This is the error i see in inspect:

Uncaught (in promise) Error: The API request has been rejected because it requires scaling for processing. Switch to the Cloud9 or Cloud99 plan to enable the Super Scaling option.

Your application is on the Springboard plan that doesn’t have the SuperScaling feature. Here’s a description of SuperScaling from our website:

To remove the error, you would need to upgrade your app to either Cloud9 or Cloud99 plans.

When i remove some users is it possible to reactivate the services ?

Hi Michel,

The number of users is not relevant here. When your app receives multiple calls from multiple locations, it requires the SuperScaling feature. Since the feature is not available on the Springboard plan, the calls are getting blocked and you get the error you showed above.
