App removed due to inactivity

Hello,

My application has been removed due to inactivity for more than 30 days. The development team had to stop development for that period, but it will start again soon. Is there any way of reactivate the application?

Yes, this is the ID of my application.

We need to check if there is a backup of the app. If there is, there would be a fee to restore it.

Btw, we did send an email notice on 02/24/21 before the app was deleted.
