I have multiple app tables that I can view when editing schema, but there are not showing up on the main console.

I can see 5 tables in your data console, including Users. Is it correct?
That is correct. My console, after a few browser restarts is still showing only one. If I create a new app table, the one that was previously showing up will disappear, replacing it with the new table only.

You can slide and expand the delimiter between your tables and system tables (Users in your case). This way you’ll be able to see all tables.
What browser do you use? I can see all 5 tables:
