Archiving fails

Hi,
Regarding app id: A29CAF7F-2332-20F3-FFE4-19FEA411AE00

I am not able to archive even the smallest folders (for instance, the Servercode folder, which previously occupied approximately 20 MB when archived).
Despite the screenshot indicating we have over 10 GB of free space, the archiving process still fails. The error message received states,
Backendless has completed the archiving of files for your application, , unsuccessfully.
You have reached your limit. Please log in to the Backendless Console, select Billing, and add your credit card information. A credit card is required to modify the plan limits.

Please advice.

(Approximately two weeks ago, our storage file displayed an incorrect (negative) value, yet archiving was still successful at that time. Currently, the displayed value seems accurate, but the archiving process is not functioning)
