Assign Springboard Plan to Application

My Springboard is unlocked in missions but I cannot select the Springboard in the billing plan.
What to do? Please

Have you selected the application you want to assign Springboard to in the missions tab?

Seems like you have already selected the Springboard plan for this account, it was on 10 Dec 2021, for the app C29BE2A8-210C-FC84-FF47-3243C978AC00 app name MegaDash. If the application is deleted, the Springboard plan cannon be transferred to any other application.

@Gunnar_Stromsoe, I may have misunderstood you. You had a MegaDash app where the appId was C29BE2A8-210C-FC84-FF47-3243C978AC00. What is the appID of the MegaDash app you are talking about? Is it B559C0E8-0090-1A3B-FF3D-87E1C766F200?

Hi Gunnar,

At this point, if you need another app on the springboard plan, you would need to purchase the Springboard shortcut from the marketplace to unlock the plan.

Did you delete any application yesterday? Or maybe some other team developer did it

Not sure. This may have happened by accident!

The application you are talking about was deleted today ( 9 May 2022 3:45 AM CDT). When deleting an application with a Springboard plan, a message appears saying that the Springboard plan cannot be transferred to another application. So you don’t have a Springboard plan in the new app. You need to buy it from the marketplace.
