Backedless is blocked by norton mobile security

I am using backendless as a backend for my mobile app.

Several users who have Norton mobile security installed on their smartphones have reported that the endpoint URL of backendless is being blocked as a dangerous site.

It would be helpful if you could provide a workaround.

Hello.

No, I followed these steps to create a native app using Thunkable.

I don’t know if this is relevant, but in the steps on this page, the API URL is,

https://api.backendless.com/APP_ID/REST_API_KEY/data/xxx

but I used the URL of the subdomain assigned to me.

A workaround for this problem is to use your own custom domain for your Backendless backend.
