I’m attempting to call a backendless cloud function in the main() function of my flutter app, and I keep getting this error

I know this cloud function works as it is used elsewhere in the app with no issue.

Hello @jp19344

Please provide your APP ID, function name or code snippet that we can use to reproduce the problem.

Future main() async {

     String? token = await Backendless.customService
              .invoke('GetStream', 'createToken', user.id);
    ...
}

Hello @jp19344

I’ve created an internal ticket BKNDLSS-25766 to investigate your problem

Hi @jp19344

Please make sure your Backendless app is initialized before calling the cloud function.

If you want to call it on app startup, follow this:

void main() async {
    await Backendless.initApp(...);
    Backendless.CustomService.invoke(...);
}

Best Regards,
Maksym
