Today we were in the process of upgrading the services, as usual, in order to bring you fresh fixes, improvements and new features, which we are constantly working on in an effort to make the service more convenient and reliable.
We did not expect any problems, as this is a routine operation that we do regularly and seamlessly for our clients. However unfortunately, the upgrade of one of the services did not go according to plan, which caused a short-term (up to 10 minutes) system outage. Our engineers solved this problem as quickly as possible.
We are really very sorry that this happened, and believe me, we are not aiming to make you worse. Our goal is to make a quality and affordable product for thousands of developers around the world. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
