App starting to get following errors :

What was the issue ? Was I the only one impacted ?
Just FYI, also, I just encountered an inconsistency when resuming to work on the UI component I was working on when it crashed. I resolved it by deleting the logic and recreating it. Thankfully it was really simple.
I have not received a full report from the operations team yet, it sounded like there was an issue in the Kubernetes cluster, and we’re still investigating.
