Backendless developer directory

I was having a look at the Backendless Developer Directory and noticed that all 35 developers in the directory had an experience level of 4.

Is this experience level earned via the Backendless Missions System? If so, then does the missions system currently not allow a Backendless Developer to go beyond an experience level of 4?

Also, do all devs currently listed in the directory have experience with Codeless or not necessarily?

At the moment the 4th level is the maximum
They do not need to have Codeless experience
