I wanted to let you know that I’ve extended your license expiration until the year 2100. Additionally, please note that the latest version of Backendless PRO does not check the expiration date for the Community version.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!
I just install the Backendless on-premise, everythings sounds look but when I go to console to registration a new user I receive the same message “A valid license is required to operate Backendless Pro. Please contact sales@backendless.com to obtain a license.” When the instalation began I put the license which I received by email.
One of the steps during the installation of Backendless Pro requires adding a license key (see below). What process did you follow to install where you bypassed that?
Yes, I tried to install it for the first time but I had some errors, so I removed everything and installed it again, using the same license key in the same machine.
I think that’s the reason why it is not working. The license key you got was attached to the other installation. I cleared the license mapping on our side. Try restarting all processes and let us know if it works.
