Just to confirm, is the original problem resolved?
Hi Mark.
No, the original problem was the “xhr poll error” which still remains to be solved.
However, when I got back on this issue yesterday, I noticed the error was different (timeout error) and I mentioned it when reactivating this thread.
Now the problem with the timeout is solved - may have been caused by a misconfig on my part when trying to solve the initial problem reported.
So, in resume, it remains to be solved this initial error of “xhr poll error”.
I hope this helps make it clear.

Hi again.
Just to let you know it is resolved - I can see the logs.
I’ve created a new subdomain/certificate/loadbalancer/targetgroup for rtserver and internally points to 32700.
It works fine.
