My application and the console are once again unresponsive :cry:

There is an app in Europe that is overloading the cluster. This is what causes the slow down. We’re taking measures to isolate the app.

Is it possible to limit each app so that it is curtailed before it slows down the whole cluster for all users ?

Yes, of course. We’re tuning the system to make sure everyone has an equal share of the resources.
