Background image is dull and not bright and clean looking

[George_Padvorac]

Attached below is an image I’m using for the background of my home page. Normally when I view this image, the lights really stand out and are bright and clean, but when I use this image in the app the lights are dull. I don’t think its the browser because you can see in the attached image below they are bright. Is there a way to fix this in the UI Builder?

Thanks.
