Looking into it right now.
For now, we see that you haven’t canceled your subscription, and your app is active and was used 2 hours ago.
As far as your app on the free plan, it’s the reason why you’re getting invoices, but there are no transactions for the last 120 days.
Receiving invoices with 0 it’s okay, money hasn’t been charged for them.
But you say that you seeing charges, could you show them?
I did not “use” the app 2 hours ago. I logged on to backendless to see why you are still charging my credit card even though I have cancelled my subscription and you continue to send me zero balances by both emails and showing zero charges on your app billing page. I have not “used” your app for months and you should not be disingenuous by making a claim I am still “using”. You can certainly see I logged on for a moment and have not been on the site for months. Stop charging my credit card.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
To clarify — although $0 invoices are being generated, your credit card is not being charged. This is expected behavior based on how our billing system operates.
Currently, your application is on the Free plan. However, the only way to stop receiving these “empty” invoices is to completely delete your application.

YOU are charging my card! STOP charging my credit card. What part of this do you not understand. ON May 08 you charged my card $21.50 and sent me invoices stating 0 due, and the billing page on your site stating 0 charges. This has entered in to the area of you being a scam. Refunds expected.
I do not see any charges for your subscription. Last time you was charged at 6 Dec 2024 7:45 AM CST for $1 when you switched to the Free plan.
Please provide receipt from your bank for the charge which you mentioned and we will investigate this accident.

Thank you for providing history of charges. I was able to locate subscription in which your card is used. This subscription belongs to Marjorie Cal and was associated with it from the moment of application creation, so I assume that you know him. Application name is “crm”. Should we remove card from that application immediately or you contact that person and ask him to update credit card?
In case if credit card is removed immediately that application API will be blocked.

No idea who that is. All I know is that you have been charging my card. Stop it and refund the money. You are a scammer. Told you multiple times to stop charging my card, and yet it continues.
