I need to switch to another tier in the Scale Fixed plan, the subscription was renewed 2 days ago, if I switch to the new plan now, will it cost me the whole price or just the 2 days of the usage?

If you want to switch to the bigger tier, you will receive prorated credit for the unused days which will be used to cover price of new tier. In other words, system will keep money for 2 used days and rest of the money will be used to partly cover cost of the new tier plan.
Switching to the smaller tire will be performed at the end of your billing period. If you do it now, actual transition will be scheduled for the date when your current billing period ends. In this case no prorated credit will be provided for your subscription since all paid billing period days will be used before transition.
