We are facing an issue while transferring ownership of an application.
I initiated the ownership transfer to another account. However, when the new owner tries to select and confirm ownership from their account, the following error message appears:
“This plan is no longer available for this application.”
This is preventing the ownership transfer from completing and is acting as a blocker for us.
Could you please help resolve this? Specifically:
- Is the error related to the current plan being deprecated or unavailable for new owners?
- Do we need to consolidate the application or update billing before confirming ownership?
- Is there a manual way your team can finalize the transfer on your end?
