We would need to be able to reproduce the error. In order to isolate the error, please describe what API call you are making. Every single API in Backendless can be described using either a cURL request or with a Postman request. You can also recreate most of the database APIs using our own REST Console - it is a tool located on the Data screen of Backendless console.
