cannot connect to CodeRunner

Hello! I downloaded last CodeRunner for Java(3.0.11) and when I try run it got next:http://support.backendless.com/public/attachments/e1eca9d99bf44911e81a362007b3eee5.png</img>
And it’s all, nothing happen. Maybe I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!
P.S. I run it on Win8x64

In your runner.properties set system.type = LOCAL
