I am not allowed to change to monthly billing - or even to change to another plan from my existing Cloud9-plan. My existing creditcard was disabled earlier, and I suspect that may cause this - somehow.

You need to add a valid card(My account >> Payment Profiles) and link it to the app. Then we can activate Cloud9 for you. Please let us know when you are ready and we will activate the Cloud9 monthly plan for you.

Thank you. The card is valid. It has been reactivated by the bank yesterday.
Try to update your card (My account >> Payment Profiles) as the payment system still identifies your card as invalid.
