Cannot export table data

I want to export data from a table of my app (ID: 5BDF0E64-9F03-6F8E-FF75-0E183AF61100) on Cloud 9 plan. I’m getting the following error message:

Operation is not allowed. This error has occurred because you have an application with the expired trial. Currently trial period is expired for next applications: testing. To create a new application, you have the the following options:

  • First delete the application with the expired trial
    or
  • Switch the application with the expired trial to a paid plan
    or
  • Purchase the Free Plan Shortcut for the app with the expired trial and switch it to the free plan.

After any of the options above are done, then you will be able to create a new app.

I have indeed another application “testing” with expired trial, but this must not affect exporting data for my app on Cloud 9 plan …

If one of the apps is blocked, then migration operations will be blocked.

I just don’t understand why blocked app X affects operations of non-blocked app Y

This is a part of our usage policy for several years now. You should remove application in “trial ended” state or move it to paid plan to be able to export data in other applications from your account.
Unfortunately there is no other way to solve this problem.
