This error has been popping up quite frequently today and we are not sure what this means. Can anyone explain what it means and what we should do to resolve it?

Hi @Inna_Shkolnaya ,
We are not sure what caused this error as it randomly popped up in our feed. It happened at around 8:22 AM UTC and it looks like it occured within our timer called usersUpdate
So far, it has not occured again but we just want to make sure that we have a solution to this error when it occurs again.

The error indicates that you are missing the …/models/availabilities.js file in his app files. Can you verify that this file is in your application?
