Cannot Render Page due to an error - Apple Ipad

Hi All,

One of my users has brought to my attention that the web app is not opening on there Apple Ipad,

Here is a screen shot sent to me by the user.

what shell do you use for your app - is it just a browser, or Native App, or Backendless Viewer?
How we can reproduce this issue?

This error was picked up in browser. the Login page wouldn’t open.

Does it open fine not on Apple Ipad?
Can you please provide us with your app ID and container name?

it opens up perfectly on all android devices,

Could you please provide more information about the device that is reproducing this issue?

have liaised with the user his device is a 2017 Apple MacBook Air 13 inch 2017 Core i5.

Unfortunately I can’t reproduce it on pretty same MacBook(2017 with Intel processor)

Is it still reproduced for your customer? Could he add screenshots with Network and Console tab from Browser Dev Tools.
