Cannot unzip in v3 web interface

Hi,

We are using Backendless v3 and our application ID is C6730F91-F429-E4C9-FF61-ED62B2B2E100

I am unable to unzip files in the file section of the web interface. A notification pops up that the file will unzip, but I get no email of success or failure and no files appear.

This is annoying in combination with the fact that dragging a folder to the web interface copies all files in the underlying subfolders into the folder you drag to instead of keeping the folder structure.

The only way to copy a folder with underlying subfolders and files now, is to manually create all subfolders manually and dragging the files in there.

Hi, for some reason it stopped working in your application. We’re looking into it and will let you know when the problem is resolved

The problem was (and is) in your file storage usage. It’s currently exceeding the limit, and the heaviest folder is BioracerMotion which takes around 9GB. You need either to purchase function pack for additional disk space/switch billing plan or to free up disk space in order to upload/unzip files

I purchased a disk space package, everything seems to be working fine again. Thanks for the quick response.

Is there anywhere we can monitor the disk usage (in v3)?
