I am trying to configure a custom SMTP, I purchased an email domain from GoDaddy and did all the necessary configurations and when I send an email from Backendless portal the email is bounced back with this :

SMTP server doesn’t allow to send request from our IP. Probably you can receive more information in suggested link in this error message.
