The error indicates that the server-side logic your developers deployed in Backendless takes more than 5 seconds to run. The 5 seconds limit is provided in the free tier. When the code takes longer than 5 seconds, you can purchase a Function Pack to extend the execution time to 20 seconds.

Understand. Tho anything over 5 sec is not ideal anyways.
