Can't switch to Free Billing Plan

Hello! I get error during switch to Free Plan

I have already removed “Login with Apple” but get the same error…

We are unable to switch your plan to Free at the moment due to an outstanding balance. Please settle the balance first, and we will be able to proceed with the change.

Thanks for the update.

I have had a look and i can’t find an area of the “App Billing → Billing Plan” area of the website to make a discrete payment, only the details of the ongoing billing plan.

I am happy for the credit card on file to be charged the existing balance to wrap things up for the month - the existing billing plan has one day left in the billing cycle.

Is there a particular area of the Backendless website where i can make a payment before the end of the billing cycle to wrap things up?

At the moment, there is no dedicated section for this action. I used the data export feature to settle the outstanding balance on the account. During the export process, the balance is cleared. Currently, there is no outstanding balance, and we have already transitioned your account to the Free Plan.
