Can't use the free Springboard plan

I recently unlocked the Springboard plan via Missions.this is my app id

there is nothing after Billing Plan:
so I can’t choose anyone

Could you please reload the console and see if the Manage > Billing screen shows the plans? The Springboard plan should be selected.
