Can't Use Zip Directory in Files Browser

Hello,

I can’t generate Zip file in file browser. Please see attached image:

Before this issue, i experience lagging and generated zip file was only 1kb. After that, i no longer able to generate backup. I tried waiting for hours but it seems issue still persist.
