I’m going through this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRJDPJrflhw&list=PLWRqDbbT5r9CoT7FpUKVb3fmg4ZkUj4vd&index=2
The label for the Checkbox does not show up when I preview. I have tried every combination that I can to try to make it show up. Also, when I toggle the checkbox, it appends the data, it does not update the record.
Could you please add more information, like screenshots of your component (settings, logic), so that we can reproduce this issue and assist you in finding a solution?
Thank you for your response!
So, not to change the question, but there seems to be a different issue shortly after posting. I don’t know if it is related.
The block between ‘On Page Enter’ and ‘Load Table objects’ showed an error that it did not before. After deleting the block, I went to reinstate it and the ‘Data Containers’ option under UI LIBRARY is gone.
In the video, it was named ‘Dynamic List’.
In my app, it was named, ‘Data Containers’.
Currently, my options look like this.
Do menu options toggle based on user interaction?
Ok. So, I turned ‘Data Containers’ back on… So, forget all that previously. Sorry about that!
Here is a link to my preview screen.
Sending more in a second.
Don’t worry, we’ll help you figure everything out.
In the UI Library section, the number of items depends on the components used in the application.
For example, when you add a block and set its property as Data Container, a section called Data Containers appears with a list of actions to interact with it. However, if you remove this component from the application, its actions will also disappear, which seems to have happened in your case.
In the video, the old name
Dynamic List is used; now it’s called
Right pane tool list toggles my block options. Image for anyone else reading this… all options are there…
Thank you so much! I am so very excited about this!
This is truly a remarkable platform that your team has put together! With scalability!!!
Glad I could help! Have a great day!
