Hi, I am trying to pay for the Cloud 9 service, but was wondering if I can use a debit card instead of a credit card? I am in the UK if that makes a difference.

Hi, @Jonathan_Baggott

From our side we do not make any restrictions on the type of card to be added. The main thing is that the issuing bank allows the transaction.

Thanks for the response Marina.

I have added my debit card, but when I go to https://eu-develop.backendless.com/app/LocalProsApp/manage/billing, I can’t select SWITCH TO THIS PLAN. It isn’t selectable.

@Jonathan_Baggott, you need to select the added card as a payment profile for your app. You can do that in the My Account → My Apps tab. The Payment Profile dropdown.
