Codeless "Open Web Page" not opening correct page

Hi for some reason when I just put a standard “Open Web Page” block in the “on click event” for my OK button. I get routed to the following bad address located in the last image below.

It is trying to add my home domain “www.shipping.org” to the end of url directory as you can see from the following images.

My App ID is 721AC780-A565-8D74-FF75-5158A2EB5500

Try to add https:// in front of the domain
