Hi,

I am trying to use the codeless timer in the business logic to send a reminder to the user when there is an appointment on the day itself. However, I cant seem to get the timer to work. The screenshots are the set up that I’ve made for the timer.

Are there any guides to setting up the codeless timer or documentation of any kind that I refer to? Thank you!

could you please clarify what exactly doesn’t work

  1. is the timer not running by the schedule?
  2. or the logic doesn’t work properly?

Nothing is being sent to the email that I’ve set up in the codeless logic.
